Nuclear

'Nuclear' are an ex elite navy detachment which has been called the 31st Thunderbolts. They 'disappeared' during a search and rescue operation which took place in La Serena [Planet Los Angeles]. Later reports show that they have been exposed to a high dose of radiation which had an unforseen effect: their senses were sharpened, turning them into some sort of 'super humans'. The reports also show that they dropped the 'justice' for piracy, and since then, they are periodically attacking Navy convoys, from a remote Base called [Promethium], earning their nickname as Nuclear.
